These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of this website, demos, and subscription services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account Eligibility & Access
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to create or access an account. Keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. Subscription & Services
We provide modular services on a subscription basis. Pricing, available modules, and billing terms are defined in your order form or online plan selection. We may update service features from time to time, provided updates do not materially degrade core functionality.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse our services, interfere with the platform, or use it to process unlawful content. You are responsible for the data you upload and for making sure you have the necessary rights to share it.
4. Confidentiality & Feedback
Non-public information exchanged between you and us must remain confidential. Submissions of product feedback grant us a royalty-free licence to use the feedback to improve the platform.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights which these Terms do not override.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate for cause if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of notice. Upon termination you must cease using the services and we will delete or return customer data according to our data retention policy.
